Terms of Service

The short version: Buying MoneyForge gets you a license to run the software on your own hardware, permanently, for the tier you paid for. It doesn't transfer ownership of the software itself, and you're responsible for what you generate and publish with it.

License grant

Purchasing MoneyForge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the application on hardware you control, subject to the device-seat limit of your plan. The Early Access / general-availability one-time purchase includes one device seat; the optional Team add-on extends this to additional seats under the same license.

What you own

You own the images, video, audio, and other content you generate with MoneyForge, and you're responsible for how you use and publish it. MoneyForge doesn't claim any rights over your generated output.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for complying with the terms of service of any platform you connect and publish to (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X).
You're responsible for the legality of the content you generate and publish — including rights to any reference material (character photos, music tracks, voice samples) you provide to the app.
Voice cloning must only be used with a voice you own the rights to clone, or have explicit permission to clone.
You won't redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software itself outside the terms of your purchased plan.

Third-party services

Optional integrations (Gemini, ElevenLabs, and the distribution platforms) are governed by their own terms of service. MoneyForge is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or policies of these third-party services.

No warranty

MoneyForge is provided as-is. Generation quality, timing, and platform-posting behavior depend on your own hardware and the availability of third-party services outside our control.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled per the policy of the platform you purchased through (Gumroad, LemonSqueezy, or Stripe).

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and the date above.
